Seele [ˈzeːlə] means soul in German.

Seele was founded on the idea that business decisions involving people are still too often made out of habit, based on limited information or without a strong enough connection to wider business goals.

Our starting point is different: recruitment, talent, organisations and business should be looked at as a whole.

That is why Seele focuses on recruitment, direct search, embedded and interim recruitment consulting, and the development of talent acquisition. We help companies build teams, strengthen their own recruitment capabilities and find the right people beyond Finland as well.

We work with growth companies, SMEs, international organisations and a wide range of projects. Our work extends from Finland across Europe, and we are building Seele for the long term as a partner for EU-level initiatives, international projects and organisations that recruit across borders.

The goal is not simply to fill open roles. We want to help our clients build recruitment that supports growth, international expansion and wider business objectives over the long term.

Seele is built on extensive experience in sales, customer-facing work and a wide variety of recruitment projects. Over the years, we have learned that successful recruitment does not come down to a single tool or method. What matters is understanding the business, the real requirements of the role, people’s skills and motivation, and the environment the new hire will be joining.
