Seele’s interim or embedded recruitment consultant joins your organisation for a fixed period, for the duration of a project, or as an ongoing additional resource. The consultant works as part of your team, uses your systems when needed, and collaborates directly with hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholders.

A recruitment consultant can take responsibility for areas such as end-to-end recruitment processes, application management, interviews, direct search and sourcing, hiring manager collaboration, candidate experience, recruitment communications, ATS management and the development of recruitment practices.

The assignment can be highly operational or focus more on senior-level consulting. When needed, our consultant can take ownership of demanding individual searches, support an existing Talent Acquisition team, or help build and develop the entire recruitment function.

This is not an external consultant observing from a distance and leaving behind a report. A Seele recruitment consultant works as part of your organisation, delivers recruitment hands-on and brings outside perspective, experience and additional capacity at the same time.

The service is well suited to periods of growth, recruitment peaks, parental leave or other temporary absences, international expansion, building a new team, or situations where your existing recruitment organisation needs temporary senior-level reinforcement.
